Image of the day

I just want to stay all day in the peaceful garden, wanting to avoid confrontation, adversity and mistakes. Buddha under the tree seeking enlightenment is a wonderful image and the idea of seeking inner peace is well... peaceful.

So I'm thinking that when I layout my card reading for the week --the tower card and its lighting bolt of change shows up --and I remember that with no surprises or change understanding can not occur.

a jolt of a different perceptive.

Now, I think that's what the tower card is telling me - not that I will have a catastrophe but the purpose of my current existence is to awaken my mind to a different way.

Week before last on Sunday night I asked the question "what is my job teaching me this week" and Tower Card was in my immediate future. Turned out it was a week of great change but not fate slapping me around but an inner change, a change in mindset - a great change in how I view the pursuit of money and success.

I'm still soaking it in and attempting to understand the meaning. I find that the hermit card has showed up many times since, which might mean I still need to pursue understanding the lighting bolt of change.

So now it is time for the peaceful garden and time to contemplate.
